Independent Living - for those who do not need specialized care, but appreciate being able to live life to the fullest, with companionship, socialization and safety, along with freedom from duties such as preparing meals, housekeeping, lawn care, etc.
Assisted Living - is the same as independent living, but with the additional support of staff to provide assistance with daily living activities which may have become more difficult , and with health care needs, all handled by the Comfort Home Health Care staff with offices in our building.

Designed and built specifically for persons with memory impairment, our specialized memory care wings at Prairie Meadows offer independence within secure surroundings. Suites or apartments are furnished with each resident’s personal belongings, fostering a feeling of familiarity and security. Residents remain socially active, and programming is incorporated into the normal rhythm of life.
Our support allows residents to make the most of each day – and helps keep life worth living fully and with meaning. We promote community and individuality.
